We have a customer recommendation scheme for tile purchases which all trade account holders are welcome to join. Here’s how it works; -
- You are provided with a number of personalised recommendation invitations, for you to give to your customers, to encourage them to visit our showrooms and hopefully make a purchase with us.
- When your customer presents this invitation to one of our sales team in the showroom, they will be given a 10% discount off their tile order (certain products would be excluded from this offer).
- We would then raise a credit on your trade account for 10% of the value of the customer’s tile order as a commission, which you will then be able to offset against future purchases with us.
If you would like to participate in this scheme please download an application form, complete it and return it to us. We will then send you your personalised recommendation invitations for you to give to your customers.
Should you wish to continue to benefit from your normal trade discount on tile orders (where applicable) involving your customers visiting our showrooms, then you would need to accompany your customer during their visit, and the order will need to go through your trade account and be paid for by you.
